This is the official online membership form of Shri Vardhman Sthanakwasi Jain Shravak Sangh (Mewad) Mumbai, also written श्री वर्धमान स्थानकवासी जैन श्रावक संघ (मेवाड़) मुंबई and known in short as Mewad Sangh. The sangh was established in 1983 and is registered as Maharashtra State Mumbai 32801986 BGLD, dt. 3-4-86.
Members of the sangh use this site to submit and update their membership records. The form collects the member’s name, father’s name, gotra, date of birth, residential and business addresses, contact details, ancestral village in Rajasthan, upsangh, family members and a passport photograph. It is completed online, works on a mobile phone, and takes about five minutes. Progress is saved, so it can be finished later.
Signing in uses an email address or a mobile number, verified by a one-time password. An application is reviewed by the sangh’s office bearers and is marked pending until it is approved.

यह श्री वर्धमान स्थानकवासी जैन श्रावक संघ (मेवाड़) मुंबई का आधिकारिक ऑनलाइन सदस्यता फॉर्म है। संघ की स्थापना 1983 में हुई थी और इसका कार्यालय गोरेगांव (पूर्व), मुंबई में है। सदस्य इस फॉर्म के द्वारा अपना सदस्यता रिकॉर्ड अद्यतन कर सकते हैं। फॉर्म में नाम, पिता का नाम, गोत्र, जन्म तिथि, पता, संपर्क जानकारी, मूल गांव, उपसंघ, परिवार के सदस्य और पासपोर्ट फोटो भरी जाती है।
